  • Business License (SIUP): We hold a valid Tour and Travel Business License (Surat Izin Usaha Pariwisata – SIUP) issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf). This is the primary license required to operate legally as a travel provider in Indonesia. Our license number is available for verification upon request.
  • Taxpayer Identification (NPWP): Our parent company, Juara Holding Group, is a registered taxpayer with a valid Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP), ensuring full compliance with all national and regional tax obligations.
  • Labor Law Compliance (BPJS): All our full-time Indonesian employees are registered for and covered by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (the national social security and workers’ insurance program) and BPJS Kesehatan (the national health insurance program), as mandated by Indonesian law.
